I forgot my Mac admin password with ox10.6, I have my discs, how do I change it

Insert the cd, restart holding down the C key.

Choose Utilities>reset password.

How do you restart when the page that opens is stuck on the admin login page?

hold down the power button till it turns off. then restart holding down the C key. (with the disc in the drive)
