I have 46 songs sittin as purchased on my iPad. When I try to download it just keeps saying retry? Also when I am at home on my own wifi all my music library shows on my iPad. As soon as I'm on another wifi it disappears how do I get it to stay. Help!

Most likely the media is showing when at home on the Wi-Fi because you are actually looking at the shared library from iTunes on your computer.
Will the content download via iTunes on the computer? If it will (or already has) simply connect the iPad to the computer and sync what you want to the device.
I have the same problem, my songs are purchased, but wont buy. I bought them off my ipod and the store says waiting to dowload. The computer thing wont work that diesel said
