How to remove greyed out songs in iTunes?

Songs from a new album on my iTunes are showing up twice. The duplicates are greyed out. Looking at the info for the songs, the kind=unknown and size=stream. I have tried removing all songs from my iPod touch and this doesn't help. Even when there are no songs on the iPod, looking in iTunes at the music on the device, the greyed out songs are there.
