Shared music library not available on iPhone... any known issue?

Starting yesterday 10/12/12, I keep losing connection with my music library on my iPhone 4. I am on iOS 6 and have been since Day 2 of the release. It appears I must be on my home WiFi to connect. Sometimes it looks like all the albums are there but when clicked, no songs are there. Anyone else seeing anything same or similar to this?
