problem syncing my ipod touch with itunes library, problem syncing my ipod touch with itunes library

Hi all....I'm having an iphone 4 and i use to connect it with itunes on a 64 bit windows 7.But there's a big problem

After installing itunes first time it successfully connects with iphone but after restarting my windows itunes doeas.nt detect it but a popup sound comes of a usb connect and an icon appears in my computer of iphone in which it shows my photos........when i remove itunes and reinstall again then also it works for only one time and after restart again that problem.......I hate it...plz help...!!

(All drivers are installed)
