A disk read error occurred
I installed windows 7 in mac PRO.
This time I switch on the computer it shows A Disk Read Error Occurred.
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart.
But it's no use.Nothing is coming out.
I tried Fn+ctrl+alt+del either.

Reboot, hold the option key at the sound of the chime, what is available in the boot manager?
Mac os, recovery hd, and win7
I could still use mac os x
Good, use it to remove your Windows partition and start again. Do you have backups of any data you may need on the Windows partition?
And do you have a backup of the OSX partition?
If not, make backups before you start.
How to remove Windows partition?
I have a backup but I still prefer to use win7.

Read the Boot Camp documentation, it is time.
Does it mean that i could not use win7 anymore?
As I said, you should read the documentation provided in Boot Camp Assistant before proceeding.
I think Csound1 is telling you, rightly so, to read the documentation then follow the indtructions for removing Windows. Obviously you went wrong during your initial attempt at installing Windows. Then, after you have read and understand the instructions in the documentation, start your Windows install again. Follow the instructions.
I did it.Now only Mac is available in the boot manager.
Actuaclly I did not installing Windows by myself.

Good, so you now have one partition. Run Boot Camp Assistant (BCA) again and reinstall Windows, read all the instructions carefully and verify that your backup is current before you start.
But my computer did not read windows dvd.
Is this a disc that you made, or bought?
Bought for installing windows7.
