I have been charged for credits on a slot machine £6.00 I have never purchsed them I dowloaded the free app 2 weeks befoere the purchase dont seem to be able to report the problen on my account
Please can you help I downloaded the free app slots then later I tried to buy 69p of credits there was an error I never received credits but was charged 2 weeks later I receive an e-mail stating that I have bought another lot of credits taking total amount to over £6.00
I never authorized any purchase I have tried to report the problem but it does not move off the invoice page
How can I protect myself too from have any other unnecessary purchases
How can I have these purchases investigated and refunded
