I'm from Egypt how to buy the iPhone 5 by Apple and hit me in Egypt and what the total cost؟؟؟

The iPhone 5 is not yet available in Egypt, only the 4S : http://www.apple.com/eg/iphone/
You will either need to wait until it is officially available there, or try to find a store that will ship it to you - the Apple online stores don't ship outside of their own countries, so you won't be able to buy direct from Apple.

As I said you can't currently get one direct from Apple, none of their online stores ship overseas. You will either need to wait until it is officially released in Egypt, or try and find an online store that will ship to you (I don't know any stores that ship overseas).
For heaven's sake ... But did you know when the formal performance for the iPhone 5 in Egypt?? .. Thank you for help
