How can i get a refund from storage i purchased?

Last week, I was unable to upgrade to IOS 6 on my iPhone. I purchased more storage ($40/25GB) via iCloud storage plan. However, storage doesn't seem to be the problem. I no longer feel that I need extra storage. Please tell me how I can get a refund for the $40 of storage I purchased.
