Verizon Iphone 5 randomly changing date and time

I have 2 Iphone 5 from Verizon, in Western WA area, and date and time on both phones are randomly changing. This seems to happen consistently when going outside and LTE is on.

I am seeing this issue alot across the forums and in different parts of the country.

I tried erasing all content and restoring it back on, and currently there is a Verizon Carrier update. I am wondering if this carrier update is the reason? Anyone ran into this?
