Q: Error: iTunes was not properly installed. If you wish to import or burn CDs you need to reinstall iTunes
Hi all -
I'm receiving this error and have tried the following steps detailed here: http://support.apple.com/kb/TS2308
1. I went to the Acer site (the manufacturer of my new PC) and saw no new firmware after searching support...
2. I don't have either of those drivers.
3. None of those files are in my registery.
Also, I have tried the repair function as the diagnostics below suggest...
Any thoughts here? I've pasted the diagnostics below...
