I cannot access netflix on apple TV. It always says netflix is currently unavailable. Try again later. I have tried restarting the apple TV and also have unplugged it and it still will not access netflix. I can access netflix from my computer though.
No problem on my system. Have you tried rebooting router ? Also ensure you are using ISP's DNS
I can second this; what I had to do was replace my wireless router entirely. I don't know if I had corrupted settings that my troubleshooting steps didn't reveal, or if the hardware itself was simply failing, but when I switched it out with a different one (I happened to have a used AirPort Extreme N on hand), I was immediately able to sign in to Netflix immediately after switching it to the new network created by the router.
I had the same problem too using it in Costa Rica.. I reseted the router and it worked fine after it.
Another solution: Just pulling out the plug from the back of the AppleTV then plugging back in made Netflix available again!
I've been having this same issue , it happens each time after my Apple TV sleeps. Getting real sick of having to unplug the Apple TV with EVERY USE and don't really want to invest in trying new routers... Any other suggestions...?
