bmw office

i have the iphone 4s and have dowloaded the IOS 6 with the promise i will have worjing texts, calendars and emails in 2013 bmw m6 convertible. NO LUCK! can someone please help... p[lease note this is being connected via bluetooth (my audio and phone calls work)
