Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Since having a new hard drive installed on my apple mac safari will not open. I get an error messge saying "Safari quit unexpectly" without safari having opened at all! As I am not tech minded at all a friend changed my web browser to firefox so have just been using that however I'd really like to know how to get my safari browser back...... Can anyone help please?
iMac, Mac OS X (10.7.5)
Even though v10.7.5 is currently installed (according to your profile), install the OS X Lion Update 10.7.5 (Client Combo)
Then restart your Mac and try Safari.
Thanks for that Carolyn, I installed the client combo but unfortunately safari still not working and same error message. 😟
Did you check for updates for safari after you updated operating system? I had the same problem and just checked again for safari update. That solved my problem.. Hope this works.
