Published ibook add on audio file

How do I go about adding an audio file to my published ibook?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.3.9)

Drag and drop...

Or, 'Insert' a media widget and drag/drop there.

Thank you. I guess my question is: How do I submit my revised ibook to the ibookstore? I just need to add an audio file. I can add the audio file but not sure how to go about re-submitting my ibook.
