The movie “redir.aspx” can’t be opened because the file is not in a format that QuickTime Player understands.

Hi there,

I'm doing this course on my MacBook Air 13 inch bought mid 2012 (OS X 10.8.2):

http://office.microsoft.com/en-au/excel-help/pivottable-i-get-started-with-pivot table-reports-in-excel-2007-RZ010205886.aspx?section=6

and unfortunatelly I can't see the videos. I get this message:

"Macromedia Flash Player 7 or later is required to play this video.Install Flash Player"

and this one:

"The movie “redir.aspx” can’t be opened because the file is not in a format that QuickTime Player understands."

I have installed Adobe Flash Player, Flip4mac and Silverlight (all latest version) and I can't still see the video and I get the same messages.

I've checked on a friends Windows notebook and he can see the video.

How can I fix it to be able to see the video in may MacBook Air?

Thank you so much.

MacBook Air (13-inch, Mid 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Thanks RRFS. Players are enable and it works in all others websites but not:

In other websites I can see all videos, but not in this one. It's the only one where I'm getting the message that Flash Player is not installed in Safari, Firefox and Chorme.

I tried everything. Uninstall and install it again, check if enable everywhere.
