Keyboard Shortcuts

I see that the Keyboard & Shortcuts list in the System Preference is incomplete. Where is the rest of the Keyboard Shortcuts stored in addition to the one in System Preference? Simple ones like: Command C, Command V, Command X and Command Z. How do I get a list of it? Victoza
