How do I find my WEP key?
Are you connecting via a router? The WEP key is often on a label on the bottom of the router.

I am using a router however neither of the two numbers on the bottom work. Is there a way I can find it in the settings somewhere?
You might be able to get into the router to see your settings. In the address bar of a web browser try either of the following addresses - one of them may work:
http://192.168.0.1 and hit enter, or
If that lets you in to the router you'll then need to input the default user name and password which will let you get to the settings. On mine (a Livebox) the default is User: admin Password: admin - on a Netgear it's User: admin Password: password - you may need to do some searching, either in the manual or Google to see what they are for your particular model.
web encryption is a horrible protection
just making ones router stop broadcasting the ssid is more secure then using web encryption
