As I travel a lot, I need passbook apps that are not only from my country. How to get passbook apps from other countries?

My iPhone is registered in France, but as I travel a lot within Europe, I would need to use some passbook apps that are not showed in the french app store...
How to get other coutnries passbook apps? I can't imagine that Apple forget international travelers...
