Q: i HAVE UPDATED MY IPONE & IPAD TO THE LATEST SOFTWARE AND NOW MY BATTERY DOESN'T LAST VERY LONG AT ALL - WHAT CAN I DO?

I have recently updated my Iphone 4S and my Ipad 2 to the latest software and now my battery life is dreaddul - what can I do?
