Should hear back in approximately 48 hours.
Something to try while you wait for a response..
Open the Finder. From the Finder menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type of copy/paste: ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.appstore
Click Go then move any files you see that say: update or Updates
And move the Cache.db file to the Trash.
See if that makes a difference.

Somehow, you or someone else with access to your computer has been grabbing warez off those old torrents, or somewhere else more risky.
