How to dispute in-app purchases made by a child with no password

Hello,

My 5 year old daughter purchased in app game addons that I did not authorize. She did not have to enter a password to purchase them and I need to get the payment reimbursed. Apparently she used Bad Piggies mechanic in app purchase 65 times.

How do I do this? I tried going right into my account in iTunes. I get to where the list of charges show with a link that says "Report a Problem" next to the charge and it just sends me right to the Apple support communities website. No where else I am able to see how to proceed to dispute these charges.

Thank you for your help.

All purchases are considered final, but you can try contacting iTunes support explain what happended and see if they will refund or credit you : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Purchases, Billing & Redemption

To try and stop it happening again, on your iPhone you can set Settings > General > Restrictions > Require Password to 'immediately' (the default is a 15 minute period during which it doesn't need to be re-entered), and you can also turn off in-app purchases via the Restrictions screen.
