Error -50 cannot sync...

I'm running Mountain Lion on MacBook Pro 13" 2011 model, with a iPhone 4s running iOS 6.

When I try to sync over Wi-Fi I get that error message. When I connect directly to my MacBook Pro it syncs perfectly fine.

Any reason why this happens?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

Error -50 is a very unhelpful generic communications error and can probably be related to a number of possible issues. Something between the drive to which you are downloading and the drive from which it is all coming is not working correctly, which probably leaves several hundred options.
