my iphone does not connect to itunes store

I switched the "Block cookies" setting in Safari from "Always" to "From third parties and advertisers" and then rebooted my iPhone and I was able to access the iTunes Store again - without having to reload iOS 7 or reset all settings.

I HAVE MDONE THIS AND IT HAS NOT WORKED , ANY OTHE SUGGESTIONS
