How can I reset the password for my notifications on my phone?

I need to reset the notifications password on my phone. My ex boyfriend had my phone n when I tried to turn off my locations it would not let me. I don't know what he did on my phone that I can't turn my notifications on I can't reset the settings on my phone cause they need a password. How can I reset the password to my iPhone on reset all settings?
