I would like to upgrade the OS. of my MacMini from 10.7.5 to Mountain Lion. (The cost it of my area is EUR16)
How may I receive an invoice from shopping for the company?

You normally will be sent a receipt via email to whatever email address is associated with your Apple ID. This email sometimes takes three or four days to arrive. Make sure your anti-spam filters are set to allow emails from Apple to get through.

My Apple ID of is individual, not a company apple id.
I need to create an Apple ID for my company?
The invoice will come to the email of whatever Apple ID you use to make the purchase. Whether you do that through your personal Apple ID or create another one for use for business purchases so as to keep such purchases separate from those you make for yourself is up to you.
