iPhone doesn't show incoming calls

Try restarting the iPhone.

If that doesn't do it, try contacting your carrier and seeing if your account is setup correctly.

I just got the phone on Black Friday and I was receiving incoming calls why talking which displayed the other caller name but now It just comes up multiple calls. I call Sprint and all my features are working. I turned off the phone and turned it back on and nothing has reset this problem. I even went to the Sprint store and they talked about updates but they are all current, they could not help me. What next.
