Quicktime Error Code 2129

Lets see now, i am having problems watching any movie off the net including the ones supported by apple. I have old computer that runs windows 98 se, I have downloaded lastest direct X and latest Quicktime, so i dont know what the Error code 2129 means ? any help would be thankful

According to my list of QT error messages:
urlDataHFTPNoDirectoryErr =-2139
Windows 98 can't run QuickTime 7 (the most recent version of the software).
Most of Apple's movie trailers use H.264 video codec (part of version 7). You should be able to hear the audio but your computer can't play the video.
