I moved emails to .pst - I cannot see how to set .olm to manually move emails

I am a fanatic about saving my emails. In PC world, I created .pst and then moved emails to the folders that I needed to save them in. I am struggling with the .olm and how to make that work.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

2nd day with a mac.

You can't do that with an .olm file, so what is it you want to achieve?
