I have entered the code, but it says that it invalid. Where can I go for help with getting the download or correct code?

I have recently purchased Prometheus. I am trying to download the digital verison to my itunes, however when I try to redeem the code, it says that its invalid. Is there somewhere where I can go to get help or the right code?
