Safari 'remembering' last upload location as Pictures / Aperture?

I would like to be able to have safari to remember where I last was when uploading a file. This works in the general file structure with folders, but not when you're uploading from iPhoto or Aperture a lot. Is there a way of changing this behaviour? I seem to remember Firefox used to do this the last time I used Firefox.

Even better if you could remember which project and image you are on!
