transferring from ibook to macbook pro w/ firewire
I have the target disk mode running on old mac, but disc icon is not showing up in host. Ideas?
MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.5), target disk is ibookg4
On your MacBook Pro, click Finder on the menu bar, preferences, and see that external disks is checked (on the general tab).
