I have Safari 6 on a Mac Pro and Quicktimes that I have uploaded to the Internet and watch in Safari won't play. They will play in Fire Fox though and they will play on my iPad and older versions of Safari on my older mac. What's going on here? Very frustrated.
Mac Pro Quad, 8gb ram, Mac OS X (10.6.2), FCP7
Check Safari > Preferences > Extensions
If there are any installed, turn that OFF, quit and relaunch Safari.
Try a video.
There weren't any installed but I shut it off anyway. Didn't help. Thanks for trying though.
Safari won't play Quicktimes that I uploaded to the web.
