Yes. You can either set up the same iCloud account on your iPad in Settings>iCloud and turn mail syncing to On. Or, if you don't want to use the same iCloud account on your iPad, go to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars ... tap Add Account, choose Other, then enter your iCloud account using the settings explained here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4864.
You can try to find out your iCloud ID by doing this: http://support.apple.com/kb/HE34. Once you find it, you can reset your password by doing this: http://support.apple.com/kb/HE36. Once you have both, set up the iCloud account on your iPad in Settings>iCloud and turn Mail to On. This should give you access to your @me.com email account again.
