i am trying to put in my credit card information and i keep an erorr message to contact support team...is there a number i can call??

I'm not aware of any phone support, but you can contact iTunes support via email via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
