How do I change the language (to Swedish) in the Safari toolbar?

I need to change the toolbar in Safari into Swedish. How do I do that? I have downloaded the latest Safari from the Swedish subsite of Apple and the blue bar on top of the page do show the text in Swedish, but not when I enter the toolbox.
