After update on 10/11 my mac computer is not syncing with the photos in photostream which have been taken with IPad2 and Iphone 4s that were taken since the 11th. The iphone and the ipad are sync'd together.

Not to sound ignorant but how do i reset PS on the computer
Go to the System/iCloud preferenc pane and uncheck Photo Stream and then re-check it.
Then go to iPhoto's Photo Stream preference pane and uncheck all radio buttons checked and then recheck them.
OT
Just by going into the iCloud settings and unchecking and rechecking the Photo Stream setting worked for me.
