How can I switch off magic mouse scrolling?

How can I switch off magic mouse scrolling? I find the scrolling too sensitive and want to just scroll by clicking and dragging on the scrollbars. In the previous OS, I was able to switch scrolling off, but in Mountain Lion the option doesn't seem to be there.

iMac, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8)

You can try adjusting the scrolling speed to reduce the sensitivity.

To do that, go to System Preferences > Accessibility, then click the item "Mouse & Trackpad" in the list on the left. In the new pane, click the button in the lower right named "Mouse Options...". In the new screen you can adjust the sensitivity and whether or not 'inertia' is to be used.
