Why is this so frustrating?

My US Holidays don't appear on my iCloud Calendar. So I go to look for guidance on how to change that and it's far to difficult and appears that it is not working and will not work.

The evolution of my apple products is becoming more and more frustrating and complicated.

Even the list of products to chose from always seems to missing the one product I am actually using. Arrg.
