Q: Permissions Core Service "ARDAagent.app"

OS v10.6.8

When I do a permissions repair, I consistently get this message:

"Warning: SUID file "System/Library/CoreServices/RemoteManagement/ARDAgent.app/Contents/MacOS/ARDAg ent" has been modified and will not be repaired."

The phrase "has been modified and will not be repaired." bothers me. Who modified this file for what reason? Since this appears to be part of the services related to VNC access screen sharing with the potential for hacking, is this anything i should be concerned about or do something to disable? Since I don't use that service. And I certainly don't want anyone else using it either LOL
