content shapes are grey and move with the mouse. It closes down and does this when I put it to sleep It also asks for a password when I have set it
to not have one required. Not sure you can get the photo from here but if you can --the genuis bar had no clue and hadn't seen it before.

I moved the IMG photo to my desktop and usually this results i being able to move the photo to the email.
This doesn't. Do you have a regular email I can send the photo to?
You are on an online forum, not email as such. If you want to post a picture, please use the little camera icon in the toolbar of the reply window. You can then choose your picture and it will show up in the reply automatically, like this:
