Gen 5 iPod Will Not Shut Off...
I am attempting to help my friend who has a new Gen 5 video iPod.
- Apparently, to shut the unit off - you are supposed to hold your finger for an extended period of time (5 to 10 sec.) on the pause button. However, this does not happen on my friends iPod. it never shuts down and is on permanently at this point.
Q: This is the way to shut it down - isn't it?
Q2: Inside the iPod is some sort of reset button. If he presses this reset button - will it fix the problem? Will it delete all his music in the iPod?
