To can deauthorize all computers, by clicking "Deauthorize All" on the Edit Account Information screen. Keep in mind that you can only use this feature once a year. If you already used it this year, you can conatct support so they can deauthorize all computers for you:

Ok I have two Apple ID's but as you say cannot combine them. I still use my old computer so don't want to de-authorise. Somehow I seam to be able to use both accounts and it's getting rather confusing, how is the best way to deal with my little problem? Thanks

You can. I have 2 id one US and one from other state... I have cca 500 songs from both ids on Mac,iphone,ipad ....
