P2 Cards with the ExpressCard slot

I own the Panasonic AG-HVX200 HD camera which records the video to the P2 cards- which fit nicely in the Mac PowerBook PCMCIA slot. I just bought the MacBook Pro, which we know has the ExpressCard/34 slot instead of the PCMCIA.

Does anyone know if there is a way to adapt the PCMCIA cards to the ExpressCard slot? I have searched the net and I cannot find an adapter of that type.

When I am shooting, I have to use an old PowerBook to transfer the data off. I can take out one of the P2 cards and transfer it while I'm still shooting on another card.

The only way to transfer the data on my MacBook Pro is with the actual camera via firewire or USB 2.0. But I have to stop shooting for the 15 minutes it takes to transfer directly from the camera.

Any solutions?

You need the AJ-PCD10 DVCPRO® HD/50/25 P2 Drive

The AJ-PCD10's five PC card slots let you mount up to five P2 cards at the same time. This is especially convenient for editing a continuous clip recorded by a P2 cam in sequence onto multiple cards.

It plugs into the USB port.

It will most likely be awhile for them to come out with an ExpressCard 34 that works with the P2 card.
