The following passage from the July 26 2012 Bootcamp 4 document, updated for Mountain Lion, indicates that Windows 7 Enterprise is not on the list of supported Windows products.

The drivers that are meant to be installed in Windows 7 after the Bootcamp install are the drivers that the Bootcamp installation process offers to write to a USB stick during the installation process. If you download other drivers, Apple probably hasn't certified them for Bootcamp compatibility.

I think this helps explain how to fix this HDMI Audio issue running Windows via Bootcamp. (I'm running Win 8)

1. Go to Programs on the Control Panel

2. Uninstall Intel HD Graphics Driver

3. Restart computer

4. Go to Intel's Driver Support website and download the driver.http://downloadcenter.intel.com/

(I'd reccomend just selecting the auto scan and it will show you what drivers you can install)

5. Install the Intel HD Graphics Driver

6. Restart computer

7. Go to Hardware and Sound on the Control Panel

8. Click on Sound and the Intel Display Audio should display now and set it as default

Hope this helps with anyone experiencing this same issue.
