I've set up our Apple TV and we used it with no issues for a time but after the first month we have never been able to use it. Upon purchasing a movie it says that it is downloading the movie then shuts down.
I have had our media company to see what the problem is a few times but with no success. Anyone able to assist or direct me so that I can once again use my Apple TV?
