How do I move my music to a new computer?

I got a new laptop and I want to move my music from my old laptop to my new one. I don't only want to move my music purchased through iTunes, but ALL my music I've had. I've only been able to get the music I purchased through iTunes.

I am aware of the Music Match thing but isn't there a way to do it without paying $24.99/ year? I also want to be able to sync my iPhone with my new laptop. ANY help would be appreciated!
