where can I download Itunes 10.6.3 and with it can I sync my Iphone 4s phone.
my old Itunes wont work with my new phone.

If it's a 4S, yes you should be able to sync it. (It's only if you've got an iPhone 5 that you wouldn't be able to sync it on a Leopard or PowerPC system running 10.6.3.25.)
