What updates did you install?

Try using Disk Utility to do a Disk Repair, as shown in this link, while booted up on your install disk. You could have some directory corruption. Let us know what errors Disk Repair reports and if DU was able to repair them. This could just be a start in repairs and you may need a better utility to finish the job.

Then Repair Permissions.

No need to report any Permissions errors........we all get them.

Also, hard disc has been changed because once i crashed my opened mac on the ground. It was changed at the late of August till OCtober mac was working perfectly. What is more, i have microsoft office a little illegal version i think i said everything there is nothing more the computer is almost new with the new hard disc and plenty of space...I clearly remmeber that after software update mac stopped working normally. I think it was after these updates 10/4/12 ...But im not 100% sure. I dont have warranty anymore and to bring it to the prof. service i guess would be my last hope.. What do you think i should do?

Thanks Tho!

This weird trackpad action may be the same thing that happened to me when my 3 year old battery started to swell. As it swelled it pressed up on the trackpad and caused all sorts of almost ghost like mouse pointer movements...many all on it's own. The battery itself still held a charge.

I took the battery out and could barely see where it had swelled. I then ran my MacBook Pro with battery out on the MagSafe adapter. No more ghost mouse pointer movements, resizing, dragging and clicking.

If you can remove the battery DIY, try what I did.

I then installed a new battery and everything is back to normal.

Not good. Their products cause issues for Macs all the time. Who knows what your version will do to it.

I recommend to uninstall it using it's uninstaller. Then puchase a legal copy or buy iWork which has Pages if you don't need Word for a specific reason. I love Pages.

Also, dropping a Mac can cause internal issues.
