Okay! I have upgraded my MBP with 8 GB of RAM. It works significantly better ad faster!

The question is:

Can I dedicate more memory to my graphic card? If yes, how???

MacBook Pro (13-inch Mid 2009), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), Core 2 Duo 2,26 GHz

And unfortunately, you've maxed out the RAM your Mac can reliably handle (2010 and later models can take up to 16GB RAM, in spite what Apple says). Way back in 2008, when the first 8GB SODIMM sticks came out, some wealthy enthusiasts tried stuffing them on their Macs; results were mixed, sometimes they worked much to the delight of the owner, oft they didn't and the owner had to wrangle a return refund from the maker (back then, a single 8GB went for ~ $300 or more, as incredible as it sounds).

You could try experimenting.....
